Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Dev Workflow Core website and local analytical software.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to dev-workflowcore.click and use of Dev Workflow Core. By using the website or software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction.
2. Description of the software
Dev Workflow Core is local data tracking, organisation and analytical software for watch-only holdings records and offline review. It allows users to enter informational records, preserve historical snapshots and view descriptive summaries.
The software is not a financial institution, broker, exchange, wallet, custodian, payment service or investment platform. References to Binance describe record compatibility only and do not indicate affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or ownership.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website and software for lawful personal or internal record-keeping purposes, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for information you enter, its accuracy, your right to use it, and appropriate device security and backups.
4. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the website or software unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass security protecting the website;
- introduce malicious code or use automated access in a way that harms the service;
- misrepresent the software as a financial service or an official Binance or Microsoft product;
- reverse engineer or redistribute protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use the software as a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax or other advice.
5. Intellectual property
The website, software, design, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use them under these Terms, no ownership right is transferred. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Local records and user responsibility
The utility works with records selected and entered by the user. It does not verify that information against an exchange, guarantee its completeness or preserve it as a custodial service. You are responsible for checking entries and maintaining suitable copies. Device loss, corruption, deletion or an incomplete backup may result in lost records.
7. No financial or investment advice
All information and summaries are provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. Nothing in the website or software is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation. You should make decisions independently and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.
8. No wallet, custody or transactions
Dev Workflow Core does not access private keys, connect to wallets, hold assets, process funds, provide custody, or execute purchases, sales, deposits, withdrawals, transfers or any other transaction. A locally recorded quantity does not represent an asset held by the software.
9. Third-party services
The website may link to services operated by others, including the Microsoft Store homepage. We do not control their availability, terms, content or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not create an endorsement, certification or partnership.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website or software features where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or that user-entered information and generated summaries will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev Workflow Core will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss arising from inaccurate user records, or loss arising from reliance on informational summaries. Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or software, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the software, law or operating practices. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the UK, subject to mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable UK law may hear disputes. If you are a consumer, you may retain rights to bring a claim in the part of the UK where you live.
16. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms form the agreement concerning their subject matter and do not create a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
